Jennifer Lyons-Reid – Creative Director / Mentor
Jennifer Lyons-Reid (BSc, Dip.Ed, QiG) is the chief executive officer and creative director (quirky ideas generator) of Change Media and Tallstoreez; a multi-award winning TV, new media art and education company. Jen loves fun, social impact film-making, innovative education, public art and creative collaborations.
Jen’s creative zeal radiates from her eclectic experiences and joie de vivre.
Alongside her TV directorial work, Jen has conducted hundreds of video workshops across Australia and supported communities to produce insightful films for the Change Media network. Tallstoreez’ 2-hour film-training DVD, ‘Directing the Hero Within’  is distributed across Aust, UK and USA; won the prestigious Australian Teachers Of Media award for Best Educational Resource 2006 and was a finalist for the Australian Interactive Media Association Awards 2007. Other credits include: Moogy’s Yuki and award winning Nukkan.Kungun.Yunnan; multi-award nominated ‘10×14 Bricks -Stories from Youth in Lock-up‘, a 60min interactive crime prevention DVD [2008-9]; ‘Pinnaroo Surfer’, ABC TV 10×3min mini-series [2008-9]; ‘Is Your House Killing You?’ SBS 7×26min science series [2006-7]; the multi award-winning First Fleet Back a 22-min satirical documentary  and global success Holiday Camp a 50min documentary .
Carl Kuddell – Executive Producer / Mentor
Carl Kuddell is managing director of Tallstoreez Productionz Pty Ltd. He is responsible for the national and international Change Media initiatives (formally know as the Hero Project). In 2006 Tallstoreez received the national AAMI Award for Best New Business and attribute their success to their quest for change.
Carl is also a successful TV producer. Credits include: Moogy’s Yuki and award winning Nukkan.Kungun.Yunnan, two half-hour documentaries about Indigenous culture and the environment; ‘10×14 Bricks -Stories from Youth in Lock-up‘, a 60min interactive crime prevention DVD [2008-9]; ‘Pinnaroo Surfer’, ABC TV 10×3min mini-series [2008-9]; ‘Is Your House Killing You?’ SBS 7×26min science series [2006-7]; ‘Directing the Hero Within’ an award winning educational DVD resource, distributed across Aust, UK and USA  Winner of the prestigious Australian Teachers Of Media award for Best Educational Resource 2006 and finalist for the Australian Interactive Media Association Awards 2007; the multi award-winning First Fleet Back a 22-min satirical documentary  and global success Holiday Camp a 50min documentary .
Carl loves innovative education and creative challenges. His many careers span across theatre, law and social justice. Carl’s film making debut in 2002, Holiday Camp, is a continuing success, translated into 8 languages and still screens globally after almost a decade. Together with Jennifer Lyons-Reid he sees huge potential in democratizing digital media and providing access for disengaged youth to skill up and share their stories.
Johanis Lyons-Reid – Associate Producer, Production Assistant, Trainer and Host
Johanis is one of the secret behind the success of our training resources – a fantastic on-screen presenter, a multi-skilled musician, researcher, writer, camera operator and editor [Flinders University Screen Studies], he brings a lot of creativity and new angles to our documentary productions and storytelling methods.
Credits include; camera operator and assistant editor on Moogy’s Yuki; hosting the 2-hour film-training DVD, ‘Directing the Hero Within’ ; scripting & shooting the Love Alert Ads, , story-boarding & shooting the Adelaide Bites clips , and Production Assistant for the ‘Is Your House Killing You?’ website 
Jesse Miles – Artist/Designer/General Creative
Jesse (B.Des) is the newest member of the Change Media Team. Having recently completed studying to be an industrial designer and becoming increasingly disillusioned by the state of consumer affairs Jesse has shifted his focus away from product design and further into realms of socially conscience art and creativity.
A jack of all creative trades Jesse’s skills range from script writing to performing, musical production, video editing, digital arts and just about any task you might be inclined to describe as ‘art’ and some others, that you might not.
Felix Weber – Digital Media Consultant
Felix is the tech and interactivity consultant for our Tallstoreez and Change Media projects. What no one else can fix, he laughs at.
His main role as digital media consultant is to ensure all the amazing content we collect with each community can be transformed across platforms, for DVD, print and the web. He is also a Youth Trainer with a vast knowledge in interactive digital media, graphic design and motion graphics and his drive to innovate and share new skills is an inspiration at each workshop.
Credits include: design and maintenance of our websites; authoring the multi-award nominated DVD ‘10×14 Bricks -Stories from Youth in Lock-up’, a 60min interactive crime prevention resource [2008-9]
Past team members:
Beth Neate - Beth has worked with us since 2006; as a production manager on our SBS series in 2007 and as a trainer / mentor on school and community workshops in 2006 and 2007. She is an experienced filmmaker and media producer with international expertise; In the last two years she has been working as UN Media Adviser in Cambodia and was a youth representative at the UH Human Rights Youth Conference in Rwanda 2010. She currently resides in the Kimberleys, WA, and works for the ABC as one of their ABC Open Producers.
Rachael Thompson – Rachael has worked with us since 2005 as a freelance trainer / mentor on school and community workshops. She is an experienced documentary filmmaker and camera operator with international expertise; most recently she worked with 360 Films and is currently finishing a documentary about eye specialists in Burma.
Francesca Da Rimini – Francesca is one of Tallstoreez long term arts & culture advisers. The co-founder of acclaimed new media feminist project VNS Matrix, her career spans video, new media arts, social justice activism and academia. Find out more about Francesca here.

The team members or partners below are integral to the success of the Change Media outreach program: They liaise with their staff, participants and other community partners on ground level. Also, as partners, participants and on-location production managers they become ambassadors for the Change Media network because they can authentically talk about the impact of the project.
